Purposes and legal bases
Identity and passport data are processed to perform the assistance contract you enter into with us and to submit your application to the Canadian authorities. Billing data is kept to meet legal accounting obligations.
Draft saved in your browser
The form temporarily keeps the fields you enter in the tab’s session storage. The draft is deleted after payment is confirmed or when the tab is closed.
Recipients
Your data is sent to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to process your eTA, and to our technical providers (hosting, email, payment, live chat), who are bound by confidentiality commitments.
Retention
Application data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, follow up the application and meet legal obligations. Payment data and accounting records are kept for the applicable legal period.
